Drills / Countersinks

Harvey Tool provides a variety of drilling solutions. To prevent the drill from walking, we offer spotting drills with a variety of angles and sizes down to .010.  We also have a series of miniature drills (down to .002”) and coolant through drills with 12x flute length for deep hole drilling. There is also a series of combined drills/countersinks, which help to drill a hole and put a chamfer on a part, all in one operation.  In addition, our Drill/Mills are multi-purpose drills that are suitable for drilling, milling, chamfering, and countersinking, all with one tool.  Finally, we offer a series of flat bottom counterbores to straighten misaligned holes and remove the drill point leftover from the drilling operation.
