Our Miniature Long Reach Stub Flute Variable Helix End Mills line for Exotic Alloys and Aerospace Materials now include sizes down to .015” with 5x, 8x, and 12x reach! The additional reaches allow for milling of deep cavities, while maintaining maximum rigidity. The uneven helix varies tooth to tooth and along the flute, and the unequal indexing helps reduce chatter and harmonics when milling deep down in a cavity. This tool also has a varying flute rake, eccentric relief, and controlled edge prep. The AlTiN Nano coating offers superior hardness and heat resistance.  All of these combined features allow for increased material removal rates and a better finish.
