Harvey Tool is proud to introduce the industry’s first and smallest variable helix finishing tool for aluminum! The Miniature Multi-Flute High-Helix Finisher for Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys improves finish and chip evacuation, reducing offline finishing operations. It features variable helix and variable index, which reduces chatter and harmonics, ultimately improving the finish. Available uncoated or coated, the extremely low affinity of the TIB2 coating to aluminum helps prevent built up edge and chip packing, expanding tool life. This design is also excellent for finishing copper, brass, bronze, and other non-ferrous materials.
