Harvey Tool’s line of Miniature Multi-Flute High-Helix Finishers for Exotic Alloys and Aerospace Materials are now available in 3x, 5x, and 8x lengths of cut! These tools are offered with 7 flutes, down to .062” and 6 flutes, down to .031”. These end mills are optimized for: titanium alloys, aerospace materials, inconel, high temperature alloys, tool steels, and nickel alloys. The variable helix and variable index design reduces chatter and harmonics, improving the finish. This tool also features a large core, eccentric relief and controlled edge prep for improved tool life and cycle times. The AlTiN Nano coating offers hardness and heat resistance. A dedicated finisher allows for improved finish, shorter cycle times, and more consistent performance over a longer tool life.
