Harvey Tool’s line of Miniature Multi-Flute High-Helix Finishers for Medium Alloys are now available in 3x, 5x, and 8x lengths of cut! These tools are offered with 5 flutes, down to .031” and 4 flutes, down to .015”. The Miniature Multi-Flute High Helix Finishers are optimized for: medium alloy steels, stainless steels, and tool steels. The variable helix and variable index design reduces chatter and harmonics, improving the finish. This tool also features a large core, eccentric relief and controlled edge prep for improved tool life and cycle times.  The AlTiN Nano coating offers hardness and heat resistance. A dedicated finisher allows for improved finish, shorter cycle times, and more consistent performance over a longer tool life.
