Our Miniature Variable Helix for Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys line has been expanded with more sizes and additional lengths of cut. These tools are excellent in aluminum and aluminum alloys, and they are also optimized for copper, brass, bronze, and other non-ferrous materials. This line is available uncoated, TiB2 coated, and Amorphous Diamond coated. TiB2 coating is best used in aluminum and magnesium alloys. Amorphous diamond has outstanding performance in copper, brass, bronze, and high silicon aluminum. The uneven index, variable helix, and varying flute rake will improve material removal rates and finish and reduce offline operations, increasing your profitability.
