We run high production UHMW with tight tolerance bores that need a 32 finish. We used to struggle with the finish and diameter holding consistent but once we started using these the parts ran significantly better. On top of that we we're able to increase our rpm and chip load. Great tool for plastics.

Plunging in UHMW Plastic is great! Instead of drill we use these and it does not create the disk like most other tools!

We cut a lot of plastic, and so it's nice to use a cutter designed for the work. Better surface finish than standard endmills.
